City of Norwich AC was formed on 1 October 1996 by the amalgamation of Duke Street RC and Norfolk Olympiads AC. We are celebrating 25 years of CoNAC with a look back at some of the memorable moments as well as hearing from coaches and members about what CoNAC means to them.
