When Rory wears “the stripes” he is a happy and confident runner who can compete like everyone else. Thanks to all at CONAC for always including and encouraging, and enabling him to blossom.

Monty Fairfoot so enjoyed being part of the CoNAC crew. He had only taken up running in 2010 at the age of 50 after quitting smoking and loved the camaraderie within the club. This was taken at Trowse 10k April 2012 where he got a PB.
