The 2018 Norfolk Sportshall League matches are on Saturday 13th October (UEA), Saturday 10th November (King’s Lynn) and Saturday 24th November (UEA) – here’s what you need to know.

WHO? You need to enter via CoNAC’s Sportshall coordinator. everyone will be emailed in advance with details of the closing date for entries each time. If you missed the date but still want to compete, email sportshall@conac.org.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

WHEN? Register with your team manager by 12pm. Events start at 1pm. We aim to finish by 4:30pm. Print or download a Sportshall League Timetable to bring along on the day.

WHERE? The UEA matches are in Halls 2 & 3 at the Sportspark. The King’s Lynn match on 10th November is held at Lynnsport Leisure Centre.

COST? For U11s and U13s there is a £3 entry fee payable to your team manager on the day and for U15s it is £5.

WHAT TO BRING? Plenty of water, snacks (but of course you can use the facilities at the Sportpark or Lynnsport), four safety pins.

HOW DOES IT WORK? For Under 11s and Under 13s, please report to your team managers who will advise on the day which team your child is in and what events they will doing. For Under 15s, report to the recorders’ desk to collect your number and pay your £5 entry fee.

KIT? If you already have a CoNAC vest, then please do don those yellow and red stripes. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to buy a vest for the day as you will need to pre-order this.

WHAT IF WE CAN’T MAKE IT LAST MINUTE? We completely understand that life can throw some unexpected things our way so if, for any reason, you cannot make the meeting, let us know as soon as you can – email sportshall@conac.org.uk and I’ll let the team managers know.
