Details of our league match competitions for 2022 are now available. CoNAC competes in T&F team competition in three leagues, and after a very different year last year, they are almost back to normal…
The East Anglian League (EAL) is the first to start, with a home match at UEA Sportspark on Sunday 24th April – more information about this in the next couple of weeks. Two more EAL matches will follow, with a final in September.
The Eastern Young Athletes League (EYAL) has kept with local mini divisions for 2022, but with a final in September which will bring together the top clubs from each of these, so well worth working hard to qualify for! There are three league fixtures for our local division, plus the final if we qualify.
The Southern Athletics League (SAL) is back to normal with five matches against top flight competition in division 1. We’ll be travelling to Kent and London for our away matches with coach transport available.
There are also a series of Open Events in April being run by Athletics Norfolk, plus the Quadkids competitions for our younger athletes. Entry for these is open now online here.
Members will be contacted by team managers in due course with more information about our league matches and to check availability. You can learn more about the different type of competitions here.
