COMPETING

Our athletes have opportunities to take part in team and individual competitions, some of which are club entry.

RYSTON RUNNERS GRAND PRIX

rystonrunners.org

This six-race series is held once a month in scenic woodland surroundings at Shouldham Warren, between King’s Lynn and Downham Market. There are races from under 9 age group through to masters.

This series is particularly suitable for anyone who is starting out in cross country running, returning from injury, supplementing their winter training and racing programme or just wanting a low-key competitive outing. Athletes pay individually to enter on the day of each race and make their own way to Shouldham Warren.

BRITISH ATHLETICS CROSS CHALLENGE
