Whole Club Endurance Training

What is it? – a great opportunity to bring people together from all parts of the big CoNAC endurance family once a month for a training session. Coaches, athletes old and young and of all abilities, track and field, cross country and road runners – IT IS NOT AN ELITE SESSION.

We welcome everyone from complete beginners and hope you will join us this season to support it. The session is tailored to suit everyone who attends. A number of our endurance coaches will be on hand to lead the session and if you feel like staying on for a chat and a cuppa afterwards we will meeting up in the Earlham Park cafe.

As well as taking part in a cross country training session that will really help your endurance development, it’s a really good way to meet up with people in the club that you would usually not get together with and to find out what is going on; what events and opportunities are coming up.

Where is it? Earlham Park – meet in front of cafe.
When is it? October 1st 10.30 – start warming up from 10am.┬áNovember 12th – December 17th
