CoNAC athletes travel from afar to compete in classic track races. Golden success for Iona Lake in the USA

Long serving club member Iona Lake, currently studying at the University of Virginia, produced a cracking run in the 1 mile event at the Atlantic Coast Conference Indoor T&F  Championships held in Boston, Massachusetts over the weekend.
