Tom Hook, 19, has been awarded a prestigious grant from the Ron Pickering Memorial Fund. This fund was established in 1991 and awards grants to aspiring athletes in recognition of their performances to date. CoNAC waves the stripes at the National Road Relays

There were some very encouraging performances by the CoNAC teams at the National Road Relays in Sutton Park this weekend.
