Golden success for Iona Lake in the USA

Long serving club member Iona Lake, currently studying at the University of Virginia, produced a cracking run in the 1 mile event at the Atlantic Coast Conference Indoor T&F  Championships held in Boston, Massachusetts over the weekend. Records broken at the Norfolk County Championships

At the Norfolk County Championships, which took place in Kings Lynn on the 24th of January, young Jamie Greenacre ran a fantastic 7.6s which broke the 2004 Norfolk County Championship record of 7.7s.    Also Wesley Matsuka-Williams and Robbie Walden’s 7.3s equalled the 2002/2003 Norfolk County Championships.
