Mixed bag of results at National Cross Country Relays

The National Cross Country Relays at Berry Hill Park, Mansfield proved a tough call for the club although our senior ladies “A” team came up trumps with a pleasing 8th place from the 99 teams that finished. International call-up for Olivia Walwyn-Bush

Ryston GP proves OK for CoNAC

Many of the club’s younger endurance athletes were cutting their teeth with more than a degree of success in the Ryston Cross Country Grand Prix Series held on Sunday at Shouldham Warren.
